Once in the website on the searchbar search for xlive.dll. To get it, search online on something like google for DLL Archive, try something like dll - files. But there are DLL archives, which host many different dlls online for free and many of these hold the dll file we need. So officially you cannot get any xlive.dll file because it is removed and unsupported by Microsoft. But Microsoft completely disbanded GFWL support and removed all downloads for it on their website. ![]() The main problem I had was trying to find a GFWL install file, to get the missing files Fallout 3 needs. ![]() For those of you who run into the error popup when launching Fallout 3, or cannot launch it, or cannot run Fallout 3.exe in the files and run into a missing xlive.dll file, I have found a fix which solved my problem and allowed me to launch Fallout 3 harmlessly. ![]()
